Being able to say “yes” to almost every request presented to us to help take care of a customer in need. Also, I take great pride in the constant recommendations and suggestions by the Russellville associates of ways to either improve our customer service or to reducing costs and increasing profitability.

I enjoy the way our associates all interact with one another to accomplish our goal to serveice our customers. I think that is what our company does best.
