When my customers are completely satisfied with their experience from Style Crest.

How would you characterize your relationship with your customers?
My relationship with my customers is professional yet friendly. I always try to talk with a smile on my face and hopefully they hear it and it makes them smile as well.

Outside of work, what are your favorite activities?
Outside of work I spend most of my free time at the gym and yoga studio. I love to spend time with my boys when they come home on leave. Enjoy spending any free time that I may have with family and friends.

The one place I know I can relax and prepare for the coming week is…
I am most relaxed when I am working out. I can mentally prepare myself for the week ahead.

If I were a professional athlete, this is the sport I’d like to be the best at.
I love football. I think it would be amazing to score the game winning touchdown!!

What types of accomplishments give you the most amount of pride at work?
The most gratifying aspect of my position is when I have the opportunity to sit down with a customer and formulate a plan that benefits both the customer and Stylecrest. Interacting with customers and having a positive impact on the growth of their business gives me a great sense of accomplishment. It is very important to initiate and maintain solid strategic relationships with people inside and outside the organization.

Outside of work, what are your favorite activities?
I really enjoy coaching or watching my children’s sports teams. With the family running in all different directions during the week… the weekends are especially important spending time with the family.

You can’t wait for the start of the next day.

When a challenge presents itself, the approach I take is…
I work to identify and understand the issues, problems and/or opportunities that present themselves. I ask a lot of questions to gather information, compare data from different sources and draw conclusions. I approach each individual situation by getting all of the facts and setting a course of action or develop appropriate solutions.

From my father… If its not your’s, don’t take it. If it’s not nice, don’t say it. If you know it’s not right, don’t do it.
